1. Overview

This website is operated by Thomas Koster. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Thomas Koster. By visiting clearjimenez.shop and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before ordering.

Credit card information is always encrypted in transit. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or resell any part of the service without our written permission.

Certain products are available exclusively online. We have made every effort to display product colours and finishes as accurately as possible; we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit quantities, to discontinue products, and to change prices without notice. Product descriptions and specifications may be changed at any time without obligation to update prior communications.

5. Accuracy of billing and account information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to update it promptly. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if an item is mispriced, or if the order appears to be placed by a reseller in breach of these terms. If an order is cancelled after payment, we refund the amount charged.

We may provide access to third-party tools over which we have no control and no responsibility. Links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us; complaints or claims about those sites must be directed to their operators.

We reserve the right to correct them and to cancel orders placed on the basis of an error, refunding the amount paid. We undertake no obligation to update information except as required by law.

The service and all products are provided "as is" and "as available", except where a product is not in conformity with the contract, in which case your statutory rights apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Consumer terms of mandatory law apply regardless of this clause.
